Josephine is President of Pathfinder Wealth Advisors L.L.C. Her role incorporates a variety of responsibilities including establishing the investment management policy, portfolio investment analysis, as well as managing client relationships and developing complex financial planning solutions. She is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with over 30 years’ experience, including investment management, financial planning, estate planning, trust financial services, and private banking. Josephine built her reputation for providing excellent client service advancing to senior roles including Vice President and Manager of Private Banking & Investing at Key Bank as well as U.S. Bank. Her banking experience paved the way for her role as Investment Advisor at Merrill Lynch and UBS.
She earned her Finance degree from Cleveland State University and her M.B.A. from John Carroll University. At John Carroll, she was selected as one of the “Fifty of Our Finest” at the Boler School of Business 50th Anniversary. Josephine also attended the National Graduate Trust School, a national renowned estate-planning program at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Josephine is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Cleveland Roundtable of Entrepreneurial Woman – CREW, and National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She was also an endowment board member for a 19- year term at Villa Angela St. Joseph High School.

Josephine and her husband John live in Hudson, Ohio. She enjoys cycling, golfing, gardening, photography, hiking with her golden doodle Leo, traveling in the U.S.A. and internationally. Josephine takes great pride in hosting family dinners. Her family and friends will tell you that her Mediterranean culinary skills are at a gourmet cook level. Additionally, Josephine enjoys volunteering and fundraising for many organizations, including American Cancer Society, Cleveland Orchestra, and Cleveland Museum of Art.
